Dawn Williams-Zabicki is the President of Envoy Change Management, LLC. She has more than 20 years of organizational change management experience, particularly change enabled by enterprise-wide IT implementations and strategic transformation programs. She brings a deep level of knowledge and passion for the people and organizational dimensions of change.


Dawn’s expertise in the change management space include: strategy and leadership alignment; stakeholder management; operating model design; enterprise change capability; culture change; IT strategy and road-mapping and large-scale ERP program management.
